Innov8 Human Resources is a independant HR consultancy and Training service offering its clients an independent, bespoke consultancy service, committed to ensuring clients are legally compliant when it comes to employing staff, making sure that your people add value to your business. Working with a variety of sectors across the region, including Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Media and Apprenticeship providers. At Innov8 HR our approach is a personalised one, we aim to provide a solution to any problems that we are presented with. Our philosophy is to not just give our clients standard advice over the telephone but to provide proactive solutions tailored to suit their business and their overarching strategy. We strive to be an extension of the business and work with the employer to be a true business partner. We offer training courses on interview skills, the basics of HR, absence management, leadership training, effective performance appraisals and much more! Innov8 will also provide you with suggestions and recommendations on how to improve your current HR related training and documentation and minimise the risk to your business in the age of increasing employment tribunal claims and compensation.
