Out on the road for day 1 of Creative Careers Week. In very illustrious company this week, as our team take part in a Hertfordshire Futures careers fair touring our county’s colleges. All aimed at helping young people get to grips with some of the amazing opportunities in our sector. Our team loved meeting some of the students @HertsRegionalCollege yesterday and looking forward to moving to West Herts tomorrow. The creative and screen industry is one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK and we want homegrown talent to be right at the heart of it all. What do careers in sustainability look like? Great to join fellow Herts Go Green and Grown founders JPA Workspaces, Net Zero International and Estu Global to host a stand at yesterday's #GenerationHertsmere event tackling that very question. With hundreds of young people through the door over the course of the day, we were able to discuss how future careers will be shaped by the biggest challenge we face. EVERY sector has a need for people who are committed to minimising impact and creating a fairer, greener world. Hopefully we inspired the workforce of the future to think more broadly about how a passion to make a difference can fit into their dream role.
