Introducing Karl Andrews, our new Senior Account Manager for London and the South East of England. Karl joins Integrated Solutions at City Plumbing with almost twenty years of experience in the merchanting sector. With a background spanning branch operations, commercial projects and, most recently, category management, Karl has the perfect skill set to link branch operations, customers and suppliers within London and the South East. With a huge passion for customer experience and innovation, Integrated Solutions was a natural fit for Karl. “Whether it's product innovation or developing systems and apps to improve the customer's experience when trading with the business, we can deliver on all fronts. City Plumbing is an ever-changing and exciting place to be,” said Karl. To help you get to know Karl a little better…his favourite alcoholic drink is any Belgian beer, while Dr Pepper tops his list for non-alcoholic varieties. Despite wanting to become a pilot in the RAF as a child, Karl’s biggest fear is heights. His personal hero is his wife, and if he could live anywhere, it would be in southern France…(not Belgium, Karl?) Unlucky for him, but lucky for us, Karl missed out winning £1.1million on the lottery by just one number. Welcome Karl!
