This strategic acquisition marks another significant milestone in our journey to becoming a global leader in cyber security. Nclose brings an exceptional reputation for service excellence, a talented team of 125 professionals (bringing headcount for Integrity360 to 675), and significantly, also brings to the group “Cyberfire”, an internally developed, innovative and complementary MDR platform which is ideally positioned for SME and mid-market organisations.
