End of Year Review ✨ As the year comes to a close, let’s take a moment to look back, 2024 has been a year of progress, with a lot to unpack. At the Construction Awards of Excellence, we picked up a win - Exceptional Healthcare Facility - a recognition for the hard work we've put in. We’ve continued to work with local colleges, Helping shape the next generation by sharing our knowledge. We launched our neurodiversity eLearning programme too, Hosted on the Supply Chain Sustainability School, for all to view. With 14 modules, each designed to help us learn, Building a future where disclosure is not a concern. Through highs and lows, we’ve shared plenty of laughs - From canoeing and comedy shows to escape rooms and woodland paths No matter the weather or where we’ve been, The joy of being together is always there to be seen. Promotions and graduations - big steps for our team, It’s great to see people growing, chasing their dreams. Mental health first aid training for everyone this year, Building a stronger team where support is always near. As we reflect on the year with pride, We’re thankful for the journey and the people by our side. So here we are, wrapping up 2024, Ready for 2025 and excited for what's in store!

Busy last quarter at Cordwell with the handover of the Lidl store in Wombourne which will be ready to welcome customers early next year following their fitout. Last remaining retail unit adjacent to the store is available to let South Staffordshire Council AHR RPS Interclass

Exciting progress on the extension in Stafford! The structure is going up, and the building is taking shape beautifully. Stay tuned for more updates! Ending the year on a high 🎉 In the last couple of weeks, TWO of our projects have achieved perfect scores of 45/45 on their Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) visits. Both sites scored top marks in all three categories - Respect the Community, Care for the Environment and Value the Workforce. A huge well done to everyone involved! 👏

Santa Jog 2024🎅 This morning we took part in the Santa Jog at Mary Steven’s Park, Stourbridge, all to support the wonderful work of Mary Stevens Hospice!

🌟 Celebrating T Levels Week 🌟 A big shout-out to our T Level students on placement with us: 🎓 Lily from Walsall College, who has been with us for over 12 months, and 🎓 Luke from Newcastle College, who joined us just last week! Both Lily and Luke are studying Design, Surveying & Planning - a two year qualification equivalent to three A Levels, and as part of their course they are required to complete 315 hours in an industry placement. We're proud to support them on their journey and to play a part in shaping the future of our industry. As well as supporting young talent, it’s also a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh ideas into our company and help our teams develop mentorship and leadership skills. #TLevelsWeek #FutureTalent #Mentorship #IndustryPlacement

It's not too late to join one of our final two Neurodiversity in Construction pilot training sessions next week, taking place on the 3rd and 4th December, 10am to 2pm (lunch will be provided). The sessions will take place at: NFB Head Office, Elizabeth House, 8A Princess Street, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6DD This is a rare opportunity to be part of an exclusive group shaping the future of neurodiversity training within our industry. As one of the first to experience this face-to-face programme, your insights and feedback will directly influence its development before the official launch next year. These workshops, designed specifically for HR professionals and leadership roles, expand on our eLearning courses and provide practical strategies to create neuro-inclusive teams and empower all employees.
