We’re proud to share that IPC Mouldings has received the Bronze Award from Access Employment Limited (AEL) for being an Inclusive Employer Partner!   We recently welcomed the AEL team to our facility for a site visit, where they had the opportunity to tour our factory and meet our team. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the work we do here, and we were delighted to be recognised for our commitment to inclusivity and collaboration.   AEL is a long-term partner of IPC where over the years they have helped with some of our aerospace packaging products – a task their trainees thoroughly enjoy working on. Yesterday, our Managing Director, Joanne Liddle and Director, Graeme Bennett attended Invest Northern Ireland’s client conference, which saw the launch of the organisation’s new three-year business strategy, ‘Our Future in Focus’.    During the event, Joanne and Graeme heard from Economy Minister, Conor Murphy, as well as Invest NI chair, John Healy and CEO, Kieran Donoghue, who spoke about Invest NI’s commitment to delivering for businesses across the region by accelerating growth, driving innovation and boosting productivity, to help build a strong and sustainable future for Northern Ireland.   IPC Mouldings has built a strong collaborative relationship with Invest NI, its directors, and the aerospace team. Over the years the team has provided invaluable support across all aspects of our business, and we look forward to continuing that partnership.

We are absolutely thrilled for Tom McKibbin, securing his PGA TOUR card with an exceptional finish during the DP World Tour Championship over the weekend. Tom will be taking his place amongst the world’s best golfers at the PGA Tour in early 2025 – a phenomenal accomplishment, and one that we, at IPC never doubted would happen. We have witnessed first-hand, Tom’s commitment and dedication to the sport, and the IPC team will be cheering him on from Carrickfergus as he takes the next step in his successful career. Congratulations, Tom! Last week, our team members, Ben, Lauren, and Kevin, attended Ulster University’s Engineering Careers Fair held at the university’s Belfast Campus.   The careers fair was attended by employers offering placement and graduate job opportunities for 2025, and we were there to offer students guidance on the exciting placement opportunities IPC Mouldings has available.   We were kept busy with lots of interest in our upcoming roles, as well as general enquiries about careers in engineering and what the sector in Northern Ireland has to offer.   It was great to meet the students, and we hope to welcome some of them to our facility in the near future!   #IPCMouldings #WorkExperience #FutureEngineers #NIBusiness #ManufacturingNI

🎊 This week marks an important and proud milestone for our team, as we celebrate an incredible 30 years of IPC Mouldings! 🎊   Established in 1994 as a small toolroom and precision engineering company, with a single injection moulding machine to validate tools, the company has since grown to become one of the leading providers of injection moulded parts and engineered assemblies, working with a global customer base and the leaders in aircraft interiors.    To mark the occasion, we attended the NI International Airshow in Portrush last weekend, before celebrating with our team at our facility yesterday, where we reflected on IPC’s journey and evolution, and looked at the exciting plans that are ahead for the company.    A big thank you to Marty’s Catering Service who provided the delicious food, and also to our social enterprise partner, Access Employment Limited for the quirky and bespoke mugs that each employee received.    Thank you also to all those who have contributed to IPC’s success in any way, from our current and former colleagues, to our customers and suppliers.    A special mention to Warren Hanley who has been with IPC Mouldings from day one and is also celebrating 30 years! As One Chapter Ends, Another Begins 🎓   Yesterday, we bid farewell to Odhran Gillespie, our talented intern who has been an integral part of our operations team over the last 8 months. During his internship, Odhran’s work has focussed on productivity and waste reduction across operations. We wish him the very best as he returns for his final year at university!   Simultaneously, we’re delighted to welcome Kevin Sungo to the IPC family! Kevin has hit the ground running and will be assisting John McPherson and Warren Hanley on exciting continuous improvement projects throughout the company.
