On Sunday the Irwin M&E team lost our much loved and respected friend and colleague David Richmond, or as his closer colleagues and friends knew him, Smokie. David worked for Irwin M&E for over eight years and was more than just a co-worker. He was always one of our “go to “ Electrical Engineers and more recently a very competent Electrical Supervisor on our Belfast Education contract. Irwin M&E will certainly be poorer without his professionalism, commitment, mentoring, experience, and drive, not to mention the friendships he created during his time at the company. David will be greatly missed by the entire team. To David’s family and loved ones, our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with you during this incredibly difficult time. Please know that his impact extended far beyond the workplace, and he will be deeply missed by all of us who had the privilege of knowing him.

🏢 New Beginnings, New Address 🏢 We're pleased to announce the opening of our new Head Office at 21 Armagh Road, Portadown. Over the weekend our team worked around the clock moving servers, furniture and equipment to get ready for all staff from our two existing Portadown offices to move in this morning. We still have a few finishing touches to add but we’re proud to call this our new home. The new Head Office represents a significant investment for our company, to deliver modern, state-of-the-art facilities for our wonderful team. We will be organising an official opening in early 2025 to thank all supply chain involved in delivering our new office. This will be an opportunity to celebrate the efforts by everyone involved in the project and further details will be announced in due course. #newoffice #growth #investment
