Joe Sultana has over 35 years of experience in both the technology and insurance sectors, giving him a unique understanding of insurance distribution and modern technological innovations. He began his career at a national insurance brokerage before founding his own brokerage business. Joe later joined the leadership team at Insurecom, which was recognized in the 'Fast Track 100' list. After that, he became a board member of a top 100 UK brokerage and has led various projects across Europe and Asia. In 2011, Joe returned to Insurecom and played a vital role in a strategic reorientation that ultimately resulted in its successful acquisition by Applied Systems Inc. As Managing Director, he oversaw Applied's UK broker business, achieving significant growth in both sales and revenue. He then took on the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer for Applied Systems' European business. Joe joined IS2 in 2022, where the company greatly benefits from his extensive experience and strategic insight. A fun fact about Simon is that he won a national competition organised by Pizza Express, which had over 60,000 entrants. The competition aimed to create a new pizza to be added to their menu. Simon named his pizza the "Da Morrie Romana," which translates to "pizza to die for."
