Success Story . Ijeoma O. becomes a Finance Business Associate . I was referred to ITyDATA by my sister in-law. I told her my desire to switch career and work as a Business Analyst. She told me about ITyDATA and how good and dedicated they are with his students. I was skeptical at first but was determined to upskill. During the tester session, they really took their time to understand my “WHY” and in doing so we were able to map out a plan of action how I would transition to being a seasoned BA to having a job. Firstly, they sent out KPI’s We would work with to help measure our success. The project we worked on required me to really challenge myself and learn new skills with coaching and guidance all through the project. I also learnt a lot from his shared experience and the different mechanisms he approached specific scenarios. ITyDATA assisted in tailoring my CV based on my previous experience and the current project I worked on. Amazingly, We had interview practice sessions where I was corrected and taught how to stand out in interviews and also gave feedbacks. My whole experience has really help home my skills.
