2 Trafalgar Way will be Europe's largest Passivhaus development, comprising of 3 towers up to 46 storeys in height that will provide accommodation for approximately 1,700 students alongside 80 residential units, commercial and retail space. Great progress is being made at Broadcasting House in Leeds. The existing building is being re-clad and refurbished to provide over 240 bedrooms and enhanced communal facilities for students.
