So today shoild have been a gym day (or another form of exercise), but for some reason it did not happen. Perhaps work, family or something else got in your way. You can easily get frustratrd with yourself, but were you setting high expectarions of yourself. Let me explain, there are bound to be weeks whereby there is lots going on, and it may seem there is little time to exercise, and then there are weeks where you more free time. A simple change in approach maybe in order. For example, looking at your week and deciding what is realistic to achieve. Some weeks there is more free time so there is more time to get the exercise sessions in, and other weeks there is less time, so you do fewer exercise sessions.
