20 & 22 Ropemaker Street sits prominently within the City of London and we are delighted to showcase the Joinery and Fit Out works we recently completed for Skanska and their client Old Park Lane Management, in conjunction with CO-RE London with design by Make Architects. Our works incorporated the full Fit Out of the Reception Area and Cycle Entrance comprising floor and wall tiling, dry lined walls, acoustic and stretched ceilings, veneered wall panelling, oak slatted wall and ceiling linings, architectural metalwork, integrated lighting, and the bespoke reception desk and seating area. We also delivered the full turnkey Fit Out of the vast Amenity area incorporating MEP works, screed, floor and wall tiling, 79 nr showers, Smart lockers, oak veneered wall panelling, vanity and towel drop units. Joinery works included oak flooring to the treads and landings of the striking feature staircase running from Ground to Level 23, timber doorsets and ironmongery, steel doorsets, metal access panels to risers and timber skirtings.
