the go-to company for dynamic heating and cooling convectors that optimise renewable energy

About us

Ensuring a better indoor climate without damaging the outdoor climate. That’s our main goal as Jaga Climate Designers. We are pioneers in designing innovative, ecologically sustainable heating, cooling and ventilation systems using less energy and fewer raw materials. Our award-winning, energy efficient products are developed by Jaga NV in Belgium, where, since 1962, the company has been surprising the heating market with new aesthetic and technical concepts. OUR PRODUCTS The Jaga “convector” has never been an ordinary radiator. The ultra-light heat exchangers of our first products have evolved to become lightweight, responsive and high-performance complete climate systems for heating, cooling and ventilation. Our products consume less energy to produce higher outputs and are designed for the most environmentally friendly technologies, such as heat pumps and solar energy. They are also lighter and smaller than other emitters or floor heating systems, using less raw materials in manufacture. Furthermore, Jaga products last longer, have a 30-year guarantee, and are fully recyclable at the end of their life. Compared to other systems, Jaga radiators score remarkably better in life cycle analysis (LCA) which measures the environmental impact of products. OUR PROJECTS In the UK, Jaga works alongside some of the country’s best architects, specifiers and designers. Our products can be found everywhere from ground-breaking commercial buildings such as the PWC headquarters in London, to schools, universities, public buildings, retirement villages, and healthcare premises, as well as eco-minded, high-end, residential developments. OUR CULTURE Our culture is built around five core values, grown from a major concern about sustainability, creativity and social responsibility: Respect Nature, Awake The Artist, Dream A Future, Create Emotion, Build Bridges. These values guide us on our sustainable path to the future.

Oak Academy in Bournemouth is turning up the heat on sustainability! 🔥 This net zero carbon in operation secondary school will stay warm thanks to 110 energy-efficient Jaga radiators, including the Strada Hybrid and Maxi 2020 LST Hybrid, designed to provide high heat outputs with heat pumps at low flow temperatures. Static versions of these models will also be used to heat spaces with lower heat requirements. We’re proud to be collaborating with Kier Construction on this project, funded through the Department for Education’s School Rebuilding Programme, which supports the transformation of 500 UK schools with the highest condition need. Designed to meet the DfE’s latest output specification requirements, Oak Academy will be net zero carbon in operation, with air source heat pumps and a bio-solar roof featuring photovoltaic panels. A sustainable step forward for students, staff, and the local community! 🌍 For more case studies visit https://lnkd.in/eUYAcF7z #netzeroschools #heatpumpradiators #gosmarternotbigger #climatedesigners

Today is #NationalRadiatorDay in the UK – a day to celebrate the key role radiators play in keeping our homes and buildings warm and comfortable. This day also highlights the importance of innovation in heating technologies as we face challenges like climate change and rising energy costs. For over 20 years, we’ve been at the forefront of designing energy-efficient radiators for low temperature systems such as heat pumps, contributing to building decarbonisation and a more sustainable future. As the climate warms and buildings become more airtight, the demand for cooling is on the rise. Our Strada Hybrid offers light cooling as well as heating with heat pumps. Its pioneering Dynamic Boost Hybrid technology delivers up to three times more output, allowing radiators to remain compact and fit seamlessly into any space when transitioning to a low temperature system. #climatedesigners #gosmarternotbigger #heatpumpradiator

Happy #HeatPumpDay! Today we join heat pump enthusiasts to celebrate the benefits of a technology that’s already transforming the way we heat and cool our buildings. So, here’s a few quick facts about heat pumps… ✅ They typically use around three times less energy than gas boilers—and in some cases, up to five times less. ✅ Heat pumps can be installed in almost any home, regardless of style or era – some energy efficiency upgrades, like loft or cavity wall insulation, may be needed to boost their efficiency. ✅ Heat pumps operate most efficiently at lower flow temperatures. ✅ When switching from a gas boiler (typically with a flow/return of 75/65°C) to a heat pump (typically 45/40°C), radiator performance can drop by 66%, so radiator upgrades are usually necessary. ✅ Heat pumps cool as well as heat. Jaga’s heat pump radiators are specifically designed for low flow temperatures. They’re smaller, faster, and lighter, enabling you to maximise system efficiency without sacrificing space or aesthetics. They can even provide cooling for year-round comfort. Last week, everyone came together for a productive sales meeting to recognise our achievements and hard work over the past few months, and we set our sights on the exciting opportunities ahead for the rest of the year. We all also took part in an insightful training session on our new Briza Net Zero range to get a better understanding on the products, including: ·       Options ·       Installation considerations ·       Controls ·       Valves ·       Commissioning ·       Fault finding A huge thank you to Andy Williams for preparing and presenting the training, and for getting the team up-to-speed with all things Briza Net Zero. We’d also like to thank Lorentz Gullachsen for taking everyone’s new headshots and for capturing us all together. What a team! #climatedesigners #teamtraining #brizanetzero
