For one family in St Austell, the answer was EVERYTHING. 👉 Two kids (ages 8 and 10) needing room to play. 👉 Grandma needing a place to stay. 👉 A tight budget and complex shared ownership rules. This family dreamed of more space, but they faced hurdles: navigating Section 106 planning restrictions, tight budgets, and the challenge of fitting so much into so little. 💡 JATA Designs Solution?
