𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 | 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 We’re thrilled to share exciting progress at Sperrinview in Cookstown! 🚧 Since construction began in September, we’ve advanced to 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟯, with 𝟮𝟴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱. This project is our 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗘𝗡 𝘁𝘄𝗼-𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱, commissioned by the Education Authority NI, emphasising innovation in modular construction. The development includes: ✅ Six classrooms with support spaces ✅ A covered link walkway to the existing school ✅ Playground enhancements and car park modifications ✅ Refurbishment of existing facilities Fabricated at our offsite facility, this method ensures minimal local disruption and an efficient project timeline. 𝐒𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤’𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐧 | 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 Celebrating the successful completion of our bespoke modular build for 𝗦𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸’𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝗻, delivered in partnership with the Education Authority (Northern Ireland). 🏫 This 𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝗾. 𝗺 development provides specialised facilities designed to create an inclusive and supportive environment for pupils with additional needs: -𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗦𝗘𝗡 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 connected by a central lobby, each with a dedicated 𝟱𝟬 𝘀𝗾. 𝗺 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 for outdoor activities. -𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 and 𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 in each classroom, equipped with specialised features, including a 𝗰𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 for enhanced accessibility. -Dedicated 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 to provide a calm and engaging space for students. -Each classroom includes integrated storage and a 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 to support day-to-day learning activities. -A shared lobby connecting the classrooms leads to a 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 with a fully fitted kitchen and a 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿-𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁. -The entire build is securely enclosed with 𝟭,𝟴𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗺 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 at the rear and sides, while the front opens onto the playground. This project reflects our commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality spaces that prioritise accessibility, comfort, and functionality.
