I’m #hiring. Know anyone who might be interested? 👋😊 Family Solicitor As a result of ongoing growth a vacancy has arisen for a qualified family solicitor to join our busy city centre practice. The successful candidate will be expected to independently operate a varied caseload of both private and legally aided cases. This will include divorce actions, child contact and residence, adoption and cohabitation. As such, experience of drafting, regularly appearing in court, conducting proofs, attending Children's Hearings, and instructing and liaising with Counsel is necessary. Some experience of criminal law would be advantageous but not essential. This role would suit a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and is looking to take on a new challenge. Access to a car and a full driving license are essential. On site parking is available. This is a great opportunity to join a small, close-knit team based in Glasgow city centre.
