We had a busy end to 2024, with several sales and lettings completions happening right up to the festive break. Highlights included: - A restaurant at a major hospital, let to Peabodys Coffee - A substantial car dealership site, sold to Shelley Motor Group - A unit in Littlehampton Marina let with new effective FR&I lease terms to a local distribution company - A prominent retail unit let to a local tiling company for their new showroom. Do you know the history of the name Justice & Co? It was actually the name selected by Jon’s (one of the company owners) father Cliff Justice for his family-run accountancy practice that he founded in 1991. The practice, with its strong values around honesty, integrity and respect, grew year on year and moved from the family home into a serviced office building in 2010. Sadly, on 2nd January 2011 Cliff tragically passed away whilst on holiday in New Zealand at the age of 56. The practice had to be sold, but the name was retained by Jon and his three sisters, in the hopes that one day, one of them would use it. That time came in October 2022, when Justice and Co was re-launched, this time as a family run estate agency and property management company run by Jon and his wife Sarah. The agency retains the same principals and values instilled by Cliff, and today, 14 years on from his passing, the company not only remembers his legacy, but celebrates his life. His favourite saying was always “There are blue skies ahead” and that seems very poignant at the start of another year. We had our 'Christmas do' on Friday last week, which involved Crazy Golf at “One Under”, followed by a meal at Donatello’s and then onto “Step Into Christmas” at the Brighton Centre. Golf was jointly won by Nicole and Jon… it was really good fun!
