HAPPY 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY 💗💗💗💗 It’s been a big day at KFS Recruitment. Our lovely Natasha Nicholls has been celebrating her 4th anniversary at KFS by mingling with her teamies, Leanne Piper & Karen Halliday and our lovely clients at the-#FPShow in Kensington. 🙌 💭 When Tash joined us, she was employee number 3️⃣ and was a guru in general insurance recruitment. I recall a conversation with her, 💬 when she said that she would open a GI division for us after honouring her six month non-compete agreement at her previous firm. I told her that although that would be amazing 🤩 🤩(still something we’d love to do one day), there was no way she’d work with me on the specialist finance team and not fall head-over-heels with the job 🥰 ❤️ I wasn’t wrong. Tash took to the role like a duck to water. 🦆 The clients and candidates that we help are so easy to work with. It honestly is a joy to be helping companies build the right teams and advising on market trends 😃 🤝✅🔎📈🎉 Over the last four years Tash has proved herself to be loyal, driven, resilient and consistent. 🥳 🎉 The last year has been a tough one (for most of us, if we are honest), but she gives it some welly and ploughs on through. Tash- I am so glad to have you on the team and I’m really thankful for all that you bring to the story of ‘us’. Some things I’m really good at, other things I’m really not 🤦♀️ Sewing is one task that completely infuriates me (even more so when I’ve left my reading glasses at home). 🤓 🏠 Thankfully, I was able to almost forget that I was sewing badges on to my son’s Scout shirt, in preparation for his first Scouts camp tomorrow, whilst I was happily speaking with candidates about some incredible vacancies we have on our books. I haven’t stopped talking for more than a minute.
