The power of 'nudgery' when creating a culture of learning in your business ✨ All too often we think of learning and development as just training, maybe some qualifications and possibly a splash of coaching. But the work that we do through Kinbee Ltd, is all about creating safe spaces that create a culture of learning, and we believe that this should be at the centre of everything when exploring best practise, strengths and continuous improvement. Creating excellence doesn't have to be big strategies and explosive budgets. Our approach is to involve everyone in the exploration process.
