Excited to share a recent creation using #APEXFiz from SHIMA SEIKI MFG., LTD. Exploring the world of 3D knit simulations and leveraging the incredible 2.5D mapping feature, I transformed a photograph of tree bark into this stunning plaid design. The result? A virtual mohair jacquard swatch with custom colorways, seamlessly mapped onto an image to bring the concept to life. This approach goes beyond just creating visuals—it’s a sustainable and innovative way to kickstart a design process for the upcoming season. By working this way, you gain: ✔️ Virtual swatch data ready to send to factories for production. ✔️ A visual guide for graphic size, placement, and color preferences. ✔️ Time and material savings, with more accuracy and less waste along the way. In a world buzzing with AI tools, this process bridges craftsmanship with cutting-edge fashion technology, creating unique inspirational sweater designs while staying rooted in sustainability. Ready to take your knitwear concepts to the next level? I specialize in concept development, 3D knit efficiency, and innovative, sustainable knitwear solutions. Let’s create something extraordinary together! #APEXFiz #ShimaSeikiMFG #paidpartnership #3Dknit #knitweardesign #sustainablefashion #fashiontechnology #knitwearspecialist #freelancefashiondesigner #digitalknitting #knitinnovation #knitwearconsultant #technicalknitwear
