  • A First Officer role with NetJets is an exhilarating opportunity to operate high performance aircraft into some of the most remote, exotic, and beautiful destinations in the world. To be able to do this in a job which offers an attractive remuneration package, a stable roster and an outstanding work/life balance is a bonus.     But often, it’s company culture that really makes the difference.  Read what NetJets pilots have to say:     “One of the biggest benefits for me is that my time off is my own. All training is conducted on duty days and I’m also able to apply for Special Day’s Off which is something I couldn’t do with my previous employer.”  First Officer joined 2021     “The company seriously respects our duty times and rest periods, also we always receive appropriate meals and hotels to guarantee our wellness. The company knows and prioritises taking the best care of us so we can deliver excellent service and safety to our Owners.  My colleagues are all very experienced and friendly, we have an appropriate gradient and safety is always the top priority, turn arounds are long and allow you time enough to rest and prepare everything to the maximum detail to provide the best experience to our Owners.  My life now is much better without the tight schedules and stressful short turnaround times I used to have in airlines”  First Officer (Former commercial pilot) joined 2021    “The support you receive to do your job well is unmatched with an army of office staff looking after the behind-the-scenes aspects of the job, such as travel, hotels, food etc. Collecting air miles and hotel points is a nice side benefit to operating away. “  First Officer (Former commercial pilot) joined 2021     “As far as careers in aviation go there are very few other jobs that offer such an excellent lifestyle due to the fixed roster and Gateway system. Despite the fact NetJets is a large company with great backing I also feel valued as an employee and that I am not just a number here.”   First Officer joined 2022. Applications close midnight on 3rd of August. To apply this role, please visit here https://lnkd.in/dFcknigr

  • Flying with NetJets is a dream come true for many pilots and offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package.      My advice to anyone interested in the role is do your research!  The salary, performance-based pay, and collective benefits – not to mention the variety, exciting flying, roster stability and excellent work / life balance – make this one of the most diverse and fulfilling roles in the industry.  But don’t take my word for it….      “The salary package is very nice, especially when you consider that on top of the basic salary, you get paid a productivity bonus at the end of the year for every flight hour over 100.  And when you apply for the tour-based pay, your yearly income is very, VERY good. It’s the highest income I’ve enjoyed in my career as a pilot.”    First Officer joined 2021    Applications close midnight on 3rd of August. • NetJets Europe is now recruiting new First Officers to join the global leader in private aviation. Flying with NetJets Europe is a never-ending adventure where no two days are the same. But don't take our word for it – a new joiner in 2023 has shared some of their highlights since joining: "NetJets Europe combines the best of both worlds: a highly professional environment with all the support you would expect from airlines, along with the everyday adventure of constantly changing rosters and destinations. If you want to spend weeks or months with only one frequently used airport like Le Bourget, and an endless number of more or less remote airfields, then this could be your dream job. A frequently asked question on deck is, 'We are going to XXXX, have you been there before?' 'Me neither.' This job requires a lot of engagement and a genuine interest in piloting, and for this reason, it is probably the most rewarding. One thing I always noticed about NetJets Europe crews in the past when I wasn’t part of it? They are always smiling. Now I know why!" For further information on how to join the NetJets Europe team, please visit our website https://lnkd.in/dFcknigr. Applications are open until midnight on the 3rd of August!

  • Corporate aviation historically, has not been considered an alternative, or attractive, career choice for many commercial pilots.   But this is changing!   Interesting fact : 65% of new pilots joining NetJets in 2023/2024 came from a non-corporate background!    If you are a commercial pilot and intrigued to find out more : https://lnkd.in/dFcknigr
