I’m being brave. One of my goals this year was to show up more consistently, share my reflections, and keep learning as I go. It’s taken me a while to get here, but I’m pressing publish on something I’ve been wanting to create for a long time. I’m excited to introduce my new bi-weekly newsletter: Work, Life, and Wellbeing, a space where I’ll share practical tools, insights into workplace wellbeing, a bit of brain, spiritual and human science, and (let’s be honest) my own 'rambly' ramblings as I navigate personal growth and entrepreneurship. You’ll find ideas to support mindset, wellbeing, and workplace culture, whether for yourself, your teams, or both. I’m no expert, I’m an imperfect work in progress, just like you, and thats what makes us gorgeous, messy and beautiful human beings.
