Day 10: Spotlight from Michele 🏔️ On the tenth day of Christmas, the Lake District gave to me... Michele’s highlights of the year!🎵 This year, Michele enjoyed heading up the fells with Fix the Fells, connecting with local farmers at our Farming events and sharing the inspiring Six Inches of Soil film with farming communities, hearing their positive reactions. She also loved meeting Ramble Worldwide Outdoor Trust at Buttermere, swimming in Rydal (with a little hand-holding from Steve), taking a dip in Windermere with this amazing team and an epic session of laser quest adventure with the LDF team. #LakeDistrict #ExploreOutdoors #FellWalking #OutdoorAdventure

This year, we were thrilled to welcome incredible new faces to the Lake District Foundation family! We introduced four amazing ambassadors. Freya, our adventure and sustainability ambassador, Melissa Grace, our adventure and accessibility ambassador, Tom, our adventure ambassador and Polly, our cultural heritage ambassador. Each brings passion and energy to our team.
