Lanview is proud to announce the successful completion of a major project for our new client, Auluk Investments. Beginning in March 2024, this ambitious project valued at £2.1m involved the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a state-of-the-art warehouse facility at the site in Waltham Cross. The finished facility includes a modern warehouse unit, well-appointed meeting rooms, and high-quality washroom facilities, with the potential for a kitchen to be added in the future. Past Project Spotlight: Jardine Motors Group - Mercedes Benz Lakeside 🚗 At Lanview, we’re proud of the transformative work we’ve delivered for repeat client, Jardine Motors Group. One standout project was the Mercedes Benz Lakeside site, where we undertook an extensive refurbishment and fit-out to create a modern Approved Used car showroom and workshop. Showroom Highlights: - New glazing and glass sliding doors for a sleek car entrance - Upgraded showroom flooring and décor - Comprehensive fire-stopping and office enhancements Workshop & Canteen Upgrades: - New epoxy flooring for durability - Installation of spray booths and paint mixing rooms - Partitioning and key clamp security around services - Workshop M&E upgrades and fire safety improvements This ambitious project was completed in just 5 weeks, showcasing the efficiency and quality of our work. PAST PROJECT SHOWCASE 🏗️ Lanview were appointed as principal contractor for Unite Students £1.2m Head Office fit out in Bristol. The full fit out scope included mechanical & electrical, data and bespoke joinery.
