  • XBM | USPTO Hot on the heels of our introductory post from yesterday, we thought it important to share that we have submitted our application to trademark XBM for our relevant class (35) with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This application gives Leadscale a "constructive use date" that can act as a priority date once the mark is registered, which will deter any "pale imitations" or others who may seek to adopt or try to claim they originated XBM later. Think of this as the administrative version of the flag being flown by the man on the hill. As with all flags, there are many with similarities but always differences. Let them have their ABX.
