The Single-Family Housing sector is rapidly growing, and its impact on the existing rental market is becoming increasingly clear. Our CEO Will Montague explains what is driving renters to professionally-managed properties: "The benefits of living in a professionally-managed rented home are extensive. They are typically of a higher quality and the service is seamless; at Leaf Living we can take a 24/7, customer-centric approach to renting homes. All our properties are pet friendly, we offer no-deposit options and flexible tenancy agreements. Hamptons found there were 42% fewer rental homes on the market in Britain this summer compared with June 2016 as conditions grow increasingly more challenging for private landlords. As a result, we expect professional operators to play an important role in meeting demand."
