This week it is half term for us at LearnTrek HQ and we are working on some key new feature development. Our long-awaited incident tracking update is starting to take shape, and will allow settings to process and analyse incidents (whether behavioural or other) in the same way as safeguarding concerns. Features will include: 🌟 Ability to process incidents tailored to the individual setting's own processes 🌟 Bespoke incident reports with headings set by individual settings 🌟 An incident dashboard that allows users to link incidents to safeguarding concerns, to copy them between each area or convert from on to the other 🌟 Detailed analysis of trends in incidents 🌟 Enhanced reporting that overlays incidents with progress data from all other metrics (attendance/behaviour/target progress etc) This one has been a looooooo.....ng time in the pipeline but is starting to take shape! We are so excited to be able to launch this over the course of this term.
