We are pleased to announce Legal & General has raised £510 million (as of January 2025) as part of the second close of its Affordable Housing Fund, aimed at tackling the UK’s housing crisis head on. The funds raised to date are expected to deliver approximately 3,500-4,000 homes. With major supply shortages in the UK affordable housing sector, this additional capital emphasises the power of collaboration of the public and private sectors to build more homes and create purposeful impact.
