We got the pleasure of working with blue self storage to design and facilitate their first ever staff away day last week. The company understands the importance of giving their team a voice, and asked us to create a space to encourage discussion on both the direction of the company and on the working practices that would best help them communicate and collaborate! Yesterday was our very first Staff Away Day. As we grow the business and expand the team, one of the promises I made to myself was always engage and involve the team. Frankly the less decisions I have to make the better.
