Building Dream Teams in Record Time 🚀 | HR Director @Lialoom

4-Day Work Week - productivity boost or HR nightmare? The 4-day workweek is a bold experiment, and as HR leaders, we stand at the crossroads of innovation and practicality. Here’s the thing — this debate isn’t just about logistics; it’s about rethinking the why behind how we work. It’s not just fewer hours — It’s a CULTURE SHIFT! A 4-day workweek isn’t about cramming 40 hours into four days. It’s about redefining productivity. Do we measure success by time spent at the desk or by the value created? This is a chance for HR to lead a cultural evolution toward outcomes-driven work. Fairness is the Real Elephant in the Room TBH, implementation can get messy. In industries requiring 24/7 coverage, like healthcare or retail, are we creating an equitable environment, or are we inadvertently deepening divides? Addressing this fairly is where HR’s role as the “people architect” becomes critical. Here’s an unexpected twist. A 4-day workweek exposes how much trust exists between leadership and employees. Can we trust our teams to deliver without micromanagement? Do employees trust that their well-being is a priority? Retention, sure — but what about performance? The headlines love focusing on happier employees, but let’s dig deeper. Does happiness translate to sustained performance, or is this just a honeymoon phase? Ultimately, the 4-day workweek isn’t an HR nightmare — it’s a mirror. It reflects where our workplaces thrive and where they need work. Our job isn’t just to make it work, but to use this moment to shape something better. What’s your take? 💬 #WorkCulture #4DayWorkWeek #HRLeadership #FutureOfWork #TeamWellbeing

These two photos, taken just two minutes apart, perfectly reflect business. The first shows the calm and beauty above the clouds, while the second is a cold, blurry one that best suits horror movies and reminds us that the hardest part is staying focused because every mistake is perilous, and a single misstep could send you tumbling. I've identified a few critical factors for success in my business way: 1️⃣ A well-crafted sales strategy and clear tactical goals. 2️⃣ Understanding the true value of your product—and why it’s worth the price. 3️⃣ Identifying the most effective sales channels to deliver results quickly. 4️⃣ The courage to take risks: Bold steps pave the way to significant achievements. 5️⃣ Resilience: Never give up, even when the journey feels impossible. 6️⃣ Gathering feedback: From both your clients and your team, to refine and improve. 7️⃣ Constant market monitoring: Staying ahead of trends and adapting to changes. 8️⃣ Learning from mistakes: Analysing, recalibrating, and moving forward stronger. 9️⃣ Knowing your strengths and weaknesses: To build the right team and forge valuable partnerships. 🔟 Willpower: Making tough, sometimes unpopular decisions for the greater good. I will be glad to know what was the biggest challenge for you in 2024. #BusinessStrategy #SalesAgency #LeadGeneration #SalesAudit #Leadership #Entrepreneurship #SalesTips #RiskManagement #Resilience #MarketTrends #TeamBuilding #Innovation #GoalSetting #BusinessGrowth #B2BSales #BusinessDevelopment #SalesStrategy #Adaptability #2024Challenges

Mindless Use of AI: A Threat to Business or a True Growth Tool? AI is often seen as a powerful solution that can replace entire teams and eliminate human errors. But as much I work with AI training bots, analyzing solutions, and collaborating with businesses. I’ve come to a realization: AI is like a child. It has a huge database, the potential of a genius, but no experience, no creativity, and no true understanding. It often gives the same advice, sometimes irrelevant, and occasionally makes up things that don’t exist. Does this sound familiar? 🤪 Endless spam. #LinkedIn and your inbox flooded with bot-generated messages. They sound human, but they’re rarely helpful. 😣 Products without personality. Many AI tools are just ChatGPT integrations. They repeat the same patterns and often fail to address specific business needs. 🤔 Mass-produced #content. Sure, it’s fast to produce. But it lacks originality and, at times, meaning. Why is this happening? Everyone knows automation is key to reducing repetitive tasks. But the real challenge lies in answering three critical questions: 1️⃣ What should we automate? — The obvious answer is to simplify processes. 2️⃣ How should we automate? — Here’s where the challenges begin. 3️⃣ What can we delegate to AI? — And this is where it becomes crucial to understand where automation helps and where it can harm your business. How to Use AI the Right Way ✅ Teach AI about your business. ✅ Train AI to understand your processes and customer needs. Benefits: AI remembers everything, works faster, doesn’t get sick or take vacations, and can improve efficiency by 10–54%. Challenges: Training AI takes time. Adapting it to new markets or changes requires additional effort. And because AI lacks emotions, it may not fully grasp your audience’s goals. Use AI as a helper, not the creator. Create the main ideas, set the vision, and let AI help improve and structure them. But always double-check the results to ensure they align with your goals. Combine AI with human creativity. Let AI handle repetitive tasks, focus your team on adding empathy, analysis, creativity, and industry expertise. This ensures unique and effective solutions. What You Shouldn’t Delegate to #AI: Tasks requiring empathy and actions that other AI can ease. Work that depends on #creativity, nuance, and expertise specific to your industry. Let’s be smart about automation. What’s your take—where has AI helped, and where has it failed you? Let me know in the comments or by messaging Lialoom team or me if you want to explore smarter ways to automate #sales, #marketing, and #leadgeneration ! #SalesAutomation ##AIInsights #AIForBusiness #HumanAndAI #ResponsibleAI #ThoughtLeadership #BusinessTips #Entrepreneurship #Efficiency #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #Automation #BusinessGrowth #DigitalTransformation

Is November 2024 the turning point for Crypto's future? The most talked-about news right now is Donald Trump's victory, which ignited the Crypto Market. 26% BTC growth in 7 days, beating the all-time high price and projected to finally reach $100.000. As usual, all the other Crypto Markets followed it. Just two days after Crypto officially entered the bull market, all crypto-related projects have awakened. This year was already great for crypto project development, but it's nothing compared to the number of requests, questions, and ideas I have been approached about in the last two days. On the one hand: The EU's MiCA regulations, set to take effect in the summer of 2025, introduced comprehensive guidelines in the Crypto industry, which created new challenges for many companies. Some of my clients had to shift into "survival mode" because of that The arrest of Pavel Durov, TON's founder, has put at risk one of the hottest Crypto Projects of the year On the other hand: Despite Durov's arrest, the development of the TON-based projects are booming Many investors I speak with bet on crypto as the future, while the majority of people do not even know how to use it at all So, what’s next for Crypto? Its future depends on regulation, innovation, and the political agenda. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Where do you stand? Is Crypto the future, or not? Please share your opinion in the comments!

2 amazing crypto days at Zebu Live - London Web3 Conference in London! ✨ I always enjoy local events in London. As someone currently focused on interesting solutions for sales, marketing, and solutions, I want to highlight a cool brand-awareness solution With so much information around us, it’s quite difficult to keep a client's attention. Andersen and Ben Lee 🗣 Zebu Live came up with a clever idea—using branded cups for coffee and tea in the event's coffee shop. Since everyone at the event is interested in crypto (all people at the event are potential clients), while people are drinking their coffee, the company name sticks in their minds. 😊 If I haven't met with you yet and you need help with software development, marketing, PR, or sales, feel free to DM me. #ZebuLive2024 #CryptoEvents #BrandAwareness #MarketingInnovation #SalesSolutions #BusinessGrowth #CryptoCommunity #lialoom #mifort #crypto

I had the pleasure of spending two incredible business evenings in the company of Evgeny Chichvarkin and other outstanding entrepreneurs. The first evening took place at the Michelin-starred Hide restaurant, where a small networking event with 50 professionals allowed for great conversations and valuable connections. The second evening was held at Porchester Hall in Bayswater, London, with over 200 participants, where we explored new opportunities for collaboration and growth. Grateful for the inspiration and the new connections!
