As of today, all warehouse operations are running from our new site! Say hello to Joseph Marshak, our Service Delivery Lead, who’s been a key part of the Liberty Hygiene team since 21st September 2021! Recently we had the opportunity to sit down with Joseph and ask him a few questions about his role, his time at Liberty and what he enjoys doing outside of work. Why did you join Liberty? “I was very impressed by Liberty’s vast and prestigious client base across all different industry sectors it really highlights the company’s ability to offer solutions that fit specific needs.” What is your role at Liberty? I support the team to help keep the operations running smoothly. My main tasks include: Recording & distributing driver feedback to the team so that we can proactively communicate with our customers. I work closely with the operations manager to ensure all routes are planned and that we are servicing in the most efficient way. I am responsible for uploading drivers’ work on to our operational system so that it is ready for the drivers to access What do you love most about your job? “I love challenges and the variation each day brings. I also have the opportunity to make a difference and help both the service team and our customers at the same time.” Three interesting facts about Joseph: Follows Southend United home & away He is a Big Oasis fan (favourite song: Slide Away) Collects rare & vintage Adidas trainers .
