N E W S K I L L S Using freshly cut willow from the garden, people on our Wellbeing Pathways Programme have spent sessions learning how to make willow wreaths and other structures. Wellbeing Pathways is a structured weekly maintenance programme designed for adults aged 18+ looking for longer term support who are experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress, low to moderate depression and/or social isolation, and those living with managed mental health conditions. Lindengate is an inclusive green space in Wendover where mental health comes first. Every year over 3,000 people benefit in some way from being at Lindengate’s therapeutic gardens through our wellbeing activities, volunteering, attending our events or just visiting the gardens. We rely on donations to carry out our work. A regular monthly donation gives us guaranteed income and helps us plan our finances better.
