We’re pleased to announce that Katie Clark has joined Littlefish as our new Major Incident Manager! Katie will be working closely with our Major Incident Management team, taking charge of managing major incidents for our customers. Her role will focus on minimising business impact and ensuring clear, effective communication with stakeholders throughout the process. With 18 years of IT experience under her belt, Katie has held roles in 24/7 operations and as a Tools & Automation Engineer. After a brief career break to raise her two young children, during which she also worked as a medical receptionist, Katie is bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience back to the IT world. Her proven ability to adapt, lead under pressure, and deliver results makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Fun Fact: Katie has visited Area 51 and even stayed at a clown motel – a nightmare scenario for anyone with a clown phobia 🤡. Welcome aboard, Katie!
