Our year in numbers 🔢 2024 has been an incredible year at Log my Care! As the year draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate some of the milestones our community have achieved together. With over 128 million daily logs recorded, 2.3 million care plan reviews completed and 129,000 handovers logged, our customers have been busy delivering impactful, person-centred care. And that’s not all, this year also saw us launch 9 new features, welcome 16 fantastic new team members, and celebrate 1 successful fundraise.
