These are opportunities not to be missed. ◼️ Snr Resource & Planning Manager ◼️ c.£70-£75k + Bonus + Package Hybrid: Flexible work arrangements per month in North West I’m seeking a highly experienced, influential and results focused Senior Planning professional with demonstrable experience leading, motivating & inspiring specialist Planning teams. This position will be tasked with the overhaul and invigoration of the resource planning, scheduling and real time / tactical planning processes for a multi-site, omni-channel contact centre estate which services c.1000+ fte (predominantly onshore with some offshore functions) I’m seeking interest from ambitious, articulate and commercially astute contact centre Resource Planning professionals with a track record of innovation, navigating complexity, engaging and influencing at Exec’ levels; you’ll have experience designing and implementing solutions and methodologies that meet customer demand, optimise service level results, and deliver ‘first class’ planning outcomes in a fast paced, growth orientated environment ◼️ Snr Forecasting & Capacity Planning Manager ◼️ c.£70 - £80k (DOE) + Bonus + Package Hyrbid: Flexible working arrangements per month in North West I’m hiring a contact centre Resource Planning professional who is an SME in Forecasting & Capacity Planning to own the redesign, structure and delivery of forecasts and cap’ plans for a growth-orientated multi-site contact centre estate. You’ll be a vastly experienced leader of specialist forecasting/planning teams and have deep experience in designing & delivering mid to long-term forecast models in complex, change orientated contact centre environments via your teams. This is a visible position requiring first class communication, business planning, analytical modelling and commercial awareness – you’ll act as the internal SME forging close working relationships thoughout several business directorates at senior stakeholder levels ( the ability to influence/engage and debate upto Director level is essential for success in role).     📌  I’m hiring in the North West & West Midlands for a leading organisation developing their Forecasting team 📌 🟣 Forecasting Analyst / Specialist | £45 - £55k (DOE) + Bonus + Flex’ Benefits 🟣   ◼️ Manchester or Birmingham | Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week ◼️   This is an exciting time to join the Forecasting team as they increase their responsibilities across Contact Centre / Back Office and Field Operations.   The position required comprehensive knowledge of building (from scratch) detailed long-range to granular-level forecast demand models, and the ability to communicate and present these to a broad range of stakeholders.   To succeed in the role, you’ll be an experienced Forecaster with advanced Excel skills and experience in erlang methodologies (and any other statistical / regression modelling tools)   Experience with SQL and PowerBI would be hugely advantageous ….. but is not essential.     🌟 5 Valuable Tips for Telephone or Video Interview Success 📞 🖥️ Telephone and Online interviews are now a regular part of the recruitment process. They provide an informal platform for employers and job seekers to interact and assess suitability for a position before moving to formal stages. For lots of us this remains a daunting process. I’ve put together 5 valuable tips on how to make the most out of these sessions. 🟣 1. Prepare.Prepare.Prepare. Take time to research the company, its values, culture, and latest news. Ensure that you understand the job requirements and can discuss how your skills and experiences align with the role. Reviewing the interviewer's profile can also help illustrate shared interests or achievements. 🟣 2. Provide Yourself Prompts and Reminders Make the most of the comfort of your home environment to give yourself an advantage. Place notes and prompts close by to highlight critical points related to your skills, experiences, or qualifications. Sticky notes with key phrases or statements can be helpful, also, have a copy of your CV available. 🟣 3. Listen Attentively and Answer the Question 🔍 Pay close attention to the questions asked, repeat them back if necessary to ensure clarity, structure your responses concisely, and don't hesitate to ask if they require you to elaborate on your answer. Remember that this discussion is an opportunity for the interviewer to assess your suitability to the position and your ability to engage in effective two-way dialogue that displays confidence and the ability to articulate your thoughts and experiences in a clear and compelling manner. 🟣 4. Ask Smart Questions Asking relevant and engaging questions demonstrates your interest in the company and the role. Have at least 3 or 4 questions ready that will provide insightful information, such as team culture, core tasks and challenges, how success is measured in the role, or expectations of good performance. Remember the interview process is a two-way discussion, smart questions allow you to assess if the company and opportunity are aligned to your aspirations and abilities! 🟣 5. Take Notes and Document Insights This is essential in my opinion. Make brief notes during or immediately after the discussion documenting any challenges, upcoming projects, systems or technologies used, new innovations and other meaningful insights discussed that can be invaluable in assisting your preparation for the next round of interviews and provide you with a point of ‘relevant’ reference in future interviews. A strong initial interview screen gives you the opportunity to make a positive impression; be clear in your communication, concise in your responses, ask telling questions that evoke discussion and provide you with relevant information on the role.
