Earlier today we published our financial results to the market for Q3 2024, showing the continued strength of our operational performance, a trend we’ve maintained for the past two years. Q3 has seen us demonstrate strong results across the Lowell Group. Our collections are performing at 101% of the December 2023 static pool, while the front book is outperforming expectations at 104% year-to-date on our 2024 purchases, reflecting the exceptional capability of our collections teams across all regions. This week is #TalkMoneyWeek, and 2024’s theme is ‘Do One Thing’. Talk Money week is designed to help people have more open conversations about their money, removing the stigma all year round.

Our DEI networks are incredibly important to us here at Lowell in bringing Colleagues together to spark debate and discussion around conversations that matter. To mark Black History Month, our Culture Network organised for former Deputy Director for Education at Leeds City Council Shaheen Myers to come in and talk to us about a whole load of topics including unconscious bias, her own experiences, but most importantly, asking the room what it means to belong. We had a fantastic afternoon & the Culture Network hopes to take the conversation forward, looking at ways to keep differences in Culture part of the ongoing agenda across the business. #BlackHistoryMonth24
