It's time to dust off your flapper dress, as we invite you to our Maggie's Ball 2025! 💄🍸 The theme, The Great Gatsby! ✨🥂 Join us on a joyous night with Maggie's Cancer Support Centre, where we host a unique annual costume ball to raise funds for those affected by cancer. Inspired by a lavish charity event in 1828, it's time to dress in your favourite Great Gatsby attire and step back in time to the roaring 20s. This event will include a drinks reception, thrilling entertainment, a three-course feast, a DJ, a raffle, and an auction for wonderful prizes! ✨🥂 Date: Saturday the 26th of April 2025 Time: 7 pm - 1 am To secure your place, please email specialevents@thelowryhotel.com or call on 0161 827 4000.

What a week this was, we started the week in Manchester where FK BODØ/GLIMT took on Manchester United. Great to see that in a stadium with about 75,000 spectators the 6,500 (!) Glimt fans managed to create a great atmosphere for 90 minutes. We stayed at The Lowry Hotel, where Selena Ackland and her team served us in the best possible way. The experience with football teams in this hotel was clearly visible. 👏 And perhaps strange to mention after a match at Old Trafford, but the Sunday after there was actually an even better match on the schedule: Home at Aspmyra Stadium against Lillestrøm Sportsklubb in which the 4th championship in 5 years could be won. And that happened! And this lucky guy was there, at the invitation of the club I was allowed to attend both the match and the party later that evening! A great way to end not only a great week but also a full calendar year together. We had our Movember event on Friday at RE:TREAT, and what a brilliant day it was. ✨🧘♂️✂ From free broga, testicular scans, and beard and mustache trims to cryotherapy, we had the pleasure of meeting so many inspiring men, all sharing their stories and opening up the conversation about men's mental health. With Mandem Meetup hosting a well-being circle, it was a very uplifting and positive day. Big thanks to Mandem Meetup , Assured Health Group, Lisa Cormode, Dilan Malalgoda, Adam Thomason, and the RE:TREAT team for all their incredible services.

It's official, Candy Cane Lane has arrived! ✨ A sneak peak of our magnificent Christmas decorations! 🎄🎅✨ The busy elves of Springbank have worked tirelessly the past couple of days to bring the Candy Cane Lane vision to life and we can't wait to show you the final outcome! We are incredibly grateful to Springbank for consistently producing breathtaking displays and for always putting so much heart and soul into all the details every time.
