Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking at the LT Harper - Cyber Security Recruitment #InClusiveInCyber event about #Goalsetting for 2025. A great community of women collaborated to share their insights on what goalsetting looks like for them. For many goals signify growth, motivation and ambition, however there was a recognition that the process can sometimes feel overwhelming! Luckily there were some great tips on hand. By ensuring goals are achievable, measurable and meaningful we’re setting ourselves up for success. And if all else fails…be flexible! Sometimes life just happens! Thanks to all, for some great audience participation and to my fellow speakers Katherine Kearns MSc, CISSP, CCSP and Raakhi Radhakrishnan for some brilliant takeaways. 🌟 Yesterday morning, we wrapped up the Winter Edition of InClusive InCyber at The Anthologist - and what a session it was! Incase you missed it, here are some keynotes! Our inspiring speakers tackled goal-setting from every angle: 🔹 Raakhi Radhakrishnan shared how SMART goals with your manager can set you up for strategic growth. 🔹 Katherine Kearns MSc, CISSP, CCSP reminded us to give our personal goals the same love we give our professional ones—authenticity and balance matter! 🔹 Jen Statham-Harden got everyone involved in a fun game, exploring what goal-setting truly means and how we prioritise personal vs. professional growth.
