Set in a stunning location of 500 acres and offering a range of guest facilities that include an award winning Spa and an Equestrian Centre, we deliver exceptional standards of service across every area. Our ‘AA 5 Red Star’ service is reliant on the recruitment of team members who are dedicated to hospitality and have a desire to deliver consistently high standards. Career development and promotion within the team is encouraged and proactively managed throughout the property. In addition to our 5 Red Star rating we also pride ourselves on our Michelin star (Restaurant Hywel Jones), 2 rosettes in the more informal Brasserie and the Visit Britain Gold Award.
