This accreditation for HTS TENTIQ has culminated from our recent efforts, a successful application and 360 business review. Yesterday the MUTA Exec had a great meeting agreeing improved auditing procedures, member value and events for the coming year. As the trade body for the marquee hire industry MUTA serves to raise industry standards and share knowledge and best practice between 160+ responsible hirers and suppliers, of which Events Under Canvas has been a member for nine years. As September looms, we always breathe a slight sigh of relief when the summer season has gone smoothly, and a more sustainable pace of work is in sight. There is something punishingly enjoyable about the annual challenge of running a marquee hire company, continuing to deliver, and improve our service, during a very full calendar. We recently became a member of MUTA, which takes us forward within our company ethos, of continuing to improve the management, health and safety, and overall quality of our business. As a growing company, this seems like a big step forward in showing the integrity we have in aiming for continual improvement. As always, a huge chunk of achieving this step is down the the attitude, adaptability and work ethic of our staff, who continue to impress me.
