In this piece, she's featured alongside agency experts like Fight or Flight's Joe Walton, and Westofcenter Consulting's Andy West with her tips on the Key Performance Indicators that you need to monitor to ensure that your agency is in the best financial health possible. She breaks down the ratios you need to keep an eye on, like staff/cost ratio, as well as the percentages you should be achieving for gross profit and overheads. There’s a busy week of activity for the Magicians this week at Brighton SEO! Our Founder and Chief Magician Rachael Marshall will be attending brightonSEO on Thursday and Friday this week to meet with clients, friends and (hopefully!) future clients of ours! And Thursday night, Rachael will be taking the stage at a fringe event organised by Chris Simmance and Vicky Simmance of The OMG Center. The event takes place at Tempest Brighton from 6pm Thursday night.
