About us
Based in Huddersfield Majestic Site Management are market leaders in Construction Management and Health & safety Compliance. A quick note from Lee Marsden the Managing Director. As someone who has worked on the tools and progressed up to senior management level within construction, I set up Majestic Site management Ltd to help transform the way projects are run and help domestic and commercial clients self-deliver their projects with a one stop solution without the hassle, bureaucracy and overheads from main contractors. We do this by managing the whole process for the clients and have a bank of reputable subcontractors we can call on to deliver in a timely and cost-effective manner, keeping the client involved and updated throughout each stage of the process. Over my career I noticed that although the trades and subcontractors were good at what they did they had shortfalls with their current health and safety requirements and so started helping them with all their health and safety needs. This involves making sure they have all their policies and procedures in place, obtaining accreditations and site audits / inspections. This has now evolved to offer online training via our website or face-to-face training in our town centre office. This ensures they are working safely to the latest rules and regulations and gives them the tools to quote for bigger and better contracts. In addition to this we offer Principal Designer services where we mainly work for architectural firms ensuring all those involved within a project are compliant with The Construction (Design & Management) regulations 2015.
