I’m still reflecting on the incredible insights Matt Starr shared during his webinar, where we explored similarities and differences between teaching children and adults. His ability to break down the nuances of adult learning left me with so much food for thought. I’ll definitely be taking these notions into account for my own speaking sessions at future events and conferences. It’s amazing how small shifts in understanding can lead to big changes in how we connect with our audiences. Thank you, Matt, for such an inspiring session!

As we gear up for the NMT Awards this weekend, we’d like to take a moment to celebrate the incredible partnership we’ve had with Child Paths this year. From the very beginning, Child Paths has been more than just a technology partner to us – they’ve been advocates, collaborators, and changemakers in the early years sector. Their generous sponsorship has transformed the way we connect, communicate, and make a positive impact in the lives of male educators in the UK. Thanks to their support, we've been able to build a rich library of content tailored via the launch of an app, the enrichment of an e-learning platform, and the development of mentoring programmes, all tailored for men in early years. What makes this even more special is the team behind Child Paths – led by passionate individuals who, as men in early years, continue to challenge stereotypes and inspire the next generation of male educators. They understand that innovation isn’t just about technology; it’s about making a difference, and their #GivingBackCampaign is a testament to that. For the second year in a row, Child Paths has been shortlisted for the prestigious Technology Product of the Year award at the NMT Nursery Awards. This recognition couldn’t be more well-deserved! Their unwavering commitment to enhancing early years education through intuitive, forward-thinking solutions is nothing short of inspiring. We are proud to work alongside Child Paths as they lead the way in building a more inclusive, connected, and supportive early years community. To the team at Child Paths – thank you for everything you do. We’re rooting for you this weekend! Go and check out their wonderful work at stand #C48!!! #ChildPaths #NMT2024 #TechnologyProductOfTheYear #InnovationInEarlyYears #MenInEarlyYears
