Had a great time speaking at the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions Heads of Marketing event, especially alongside Kayley Dempsey and ESPECIALLY when she's shoe-horned a Taylor Swift reference in! It was lovey to get such positive feedback, and thank you everyone for the questions - if you didn't have a chance to ask yours or there's anything else you'd like to chat about, please do drop us a DM!

Last Friday I had the pleasure of being part of the manifesto team attending the insightful Museums Computer Group (MCG) conference at The Think Tank in Birmingham, where manifesto were a headline sponsor, with Richard Burley Lou Barton John Ennew and Vaughan Johnstone Our very own Lou Barton took to the stage of a sold out conference to talk about how organisation's can use #AI to enhance their audience insights. Lou did an amazing job, and definitely had the room captivated (including me!). Please do reach out to me, or scan the QR code below to access our audience-centricity guide from Lou's talk! Alongside Lou, there were an array of fantastic speakers, for me a highlight was definitely hearing from Nik Wyness MCIM about the pivot The Tank Museum took to embrace their online audience across the world, and the huge success they've had from it. Huge thank you to Museums Computer Group, and the engaged and inquisitive attendees for a wonderful day, and looking forward to next year! Image 1: Data & Theory session Q&A. The panel are sitting on a stage, with Lou Barton talking into a microphone. Image 2: Lou Barton is standing at a lectern talking at the audience, with a slide on a projector behind her that reads "Do you have any of the following in your organisation...Audience strategy, personas or audience research?" Image 3: A summary slide of Lou Barton's talk with a QR code to access a guide on audience centricity Image 4: John, Jasmine, Lou and Richard stand together between 2 banners

  • In 2024 3.1 million emergency food parcels were distributed across the UK. How is this still our reality in the 21st century? At SXSW London 2025 we’d like to have a frank conversation about how broken the system is and how the digital and creative industries can be part of the solution. Leading the conversation will be Meredith Sneddon of anti-poverty charity and community of food banks, Trussell and our own Chief Client and Transformation Officer, Louise Lai. In a fireside chat, they’ll share from their own experiences of collaborating through digital to build a movement for system change in support of Trussell’s vision to end the need for food banks in the UK. Want to hear more? Please vote for this talk at SXSW, register and search for ‘Building a digital movement to end the need for food banks’ (takes 2 mins)  https://lnkd.in/dZw2nZun Thank you! Share if you feel strongly that this is a discussion that needs to be on SXSW London’s stage. #FoodPoverty #Charity #DigitalActivism SXSW London TPXimpact | B Corp™ [Image description: Two food bank volunteers are in a food store.
