Reflecting on My First Term as CEO of Manor Hall Academy Trust... As I wrap up my first term at Manor Hall, I’ve been reflecting on what an incredible journey it’s been so far. Stepping into this role has been an absolute privilege, and every day, I’m reminded why I love what I do. Over the past few months, I’ve had the opportunity to visit every one of our 16 schools within our Trust, stepping foot into every classroom. From meeting our brilliant school leaders and amazing staff to chatting with incredible pupils who never fail to inspire me, these visits have been a highlight of my term. Our Central Team and Directors / Trustees have been nothing short of fabulous, driving forward projects with passion and commitment. Together, we’re building something special, and I couldn’t be more excited about what lies ahead. This role has brought me so much happiness. It’s a joy to lead such a dedicated team and to work with the incredible staff and pupils across our schools. The future is bright, and I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together. With the recent enactment of the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 on 26 October 2024, we are more committed than ever to preventing sexual harassment in our schools and offices. 🩸 Control the Bleed – Save a Life At Manor Hall Academy Trust, we’re equipping every school with Emergency Bleed Control Kits to help stop severe bleeding in emergencies before paramedics arrive—potentially saving lives. With each kit purchase, we proudly support the Daniel Baird Foundation, honoring Daniel Baird, who tragically died from blood loss when no aid kit was available. Our kits are endorsed by West Midlands Ambulance Service and are linked to a national database, enabling 999 operators to quickly direct callers to the nearest kit location.
