Have you thought about your Christmas shopping yet? We have. 🎁 YES, it’s November. But that’s significant for a number of reasons. 1. Black Friday (!!!) 2. (Or buying a gift for your partner, Mother in Law or your Great Aunt Mildred - whoever!) Imagine: The Turkey is brought to the table. 🍗 Everyone is wearing their naff little hats that they got out the crackers. (The hats are iconic tbf. 🫅) Bublé is gently crooning through the Alexa. Someone turns to you to tell you how much they love you and Merry Christmas and all the rest of it… And you’re on your phone. Because even though it’s Christmas - you can’t switch off from work. Boo. Even if you love Christmas - this behaviour is giving Scrooge. It’s giving Grinch before his heart had a BBL. See, you missed a step. You could have had someone organise all your emails, your OOO and schedule your work in the run up to Xmas so you didn’t have to deal with it when everyone is having sherries, or even on boxing day before lunch. This Christmas day, don’t dismay. Hire a VA. (Bonfire night is over, Mariah Carey has defrosted - it’s Christmas time now. No arguments 😂)

🎃👻 Happy Halloween from all of us at Manton Executives! 👻🎃 We celebrated with a spooky movie evening, gathered in the office with blankets, pizzas, popcorn and a huge sweetie Pick ‘N’ Mix. 🍬🍫 We watched Scary Movie 3.5 and had a good old catch up. Other notable events from the evening: 😂 Charlotte falling over on the pavement outside (she’s fine, it was just rly funny). 😂 Luke trying to blow out an electric candle and *someone* laughing so hard at him they broke wind. 😂 Amy forcing everyone to listen to her tight 5 comedy set and Elvis impression. Props to Ops manager Jane Gillings for organising such a fun evening! What are your Halloween plans? 🕸️
