Previously the ASB Tennis Arena, the significant deal marks the 3000-seat venue’s first name change in almost forty years. Now the Manuka Doctor Arena. Established more than 100 years ago, the iconic Auckland venue has played host to multiple million spectators over the years, with hundreds of epic matches from many high profile tennis stars including Rafa Nadal, Roger Federer, Serena Williams and Coco Gauff. The announcement was made at an industry event last night, in the lead-up to this summer’s premier tennis tournament, the ASB Classic, running from 30 December, 2024 - 11 January, 2025.
