Parquet flooring is experiencing somewhat of a revival in popularity at the moment and we were lucky enough to discover original Oak parquet throughout the ground floor of our current project. While we spend most of our days working in the lovely homes of our lovely clients, that's not all we do! Last Summer, we restored the floors in a shop on the historic Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells prior to The Diamond Setter opening their brand new shop and showroom. Not only was it a lovely local project for us, it's been great being able to see the floors being loved and well-used since the shop opened! With a calming interior design refresh and stunning jewellery on display, it's a beautiful shop and we're proud of our contribution!

It's not just homes we transform 🎓 This is a project from earlier in the summer where we supplied and installed a brand new five-finger parquet floor for a primary school in Eastchurch. We prepped the subfloor, installed the floor, sanded and finished on-site, then applied the line markings too. It was a big job, but a much-needed improvement for the school - and will be an asset for years to come.
It feels like an eternity ago now, but we wanted to say thank you to @laeglergermany and @khrcompanyltd for Fly & Sand 2024! ✈️ George flew over to Germany with the team in July and spent a few days soaking up the culture (the wine festival was a favourite, of course), learning from the Lägler pros and seeing the Lägler factory in all its glory. We're always keen to try out the latest technology and improve our skills wherever we can, so this was a great experience! Thanks again Lägler & KHR for inviting us!
