Yesterday was my first time visiting Gulfood Manufacturing & GulfHost at DWTC. Such a big show that I didn't get round it all, but interesting range of ingredients, packaging solutions & machinery amongst other things from countries all over the world. I also popped into the FoodTech Summit to hear the inspiring keynote about AI from Dr Mark van Rijmenam, CSP It was lovely to catch up with Seda Solmaz 🚀 who was running the Coffee Experience Lab. The coffee smelt amazing! It was also great to meet with José Francisco Fernández Serna, Olaf Abi Aad, Hanieh Beheshti, Ayca Yumlu Karaozan & Darren Wright. Claas Pössiger also invited me to his stand, so I finally got to see the freeze dried products he was telling me about at Saudi Food Show & even tasted a few! Finally I bumped into Neha Goyal who gave me a sample of her Espresso shot to try. Look forward to tasting that! It's the 10th anniversary of Gulfood Manufacturing, so it was fascinating to see the Hall of Fame they created to mark this occasion.
