As the year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to express our thanks to our amazing Markey team, and also our subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients for their support and trust throughout 2024. From all of us at Markey Building Services, we wish you a joyful Christmas and a relaxing holiday season!

Markey recently attended the Circle2Success Educational Outreach event held at Cheltenham Racecourse. Our Business Development Manager Alex Harwood and HR and People Administrator Olivia Gardiner had a great day sharing their insights into careers in construction with students who attended. We look forward to next year’s event and a big well done to the Markey team for all their efforts preparing the exhibition stand for the day!

The Markey Building Services team and some of our valued clients attended the Association for Petroleum & Explosives Administration (APEA) Dinner Awards last night! A great evening was had by all and Markey was very proud to be one of the finalists in the Environmental Protection and Sustainability Awards Category. Thank you to everyone for the pleasure of their company and here's to next year's event! 🍾

Markey Building Services has once again maintained its ISO9001 accreditation by passing our external audit with no minor or major non-conformances. 🌟 Congratulations to the entire team who ensure that our commitment to the highest levels of Quality and Service is achieved.

Health, Safety and the Environment are of prime importance to Markey Building Services and our team's dedication to achieving best practice has been reflected in us once again passing BP's HSSE Audit. Customer focus is the heart of the Markey Building Services team, so a big well done and congratulations to every member of their team for their ongoing dedication and contribution to this latest achievement.

👏 A big well done to the Markey Building Services team on completing the extension of the existing petrol forecourt store at Huntley in Gloucestershire, just a stone's throw from Markey's head office in Gloucester. The extension almost doubled the existing premises' size and included a new car park, jet wash, EV bays, and a new forecourt. The project looks fantastic and Gardner Garages has already received a great response from customers, including some fabulous feedback. Markey Building Services operates nationally and we look forward to showing some more of our completed projects over 2024!

We have reached a key milestone in the new petrol forecourt and convenience store at our project in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. The team on site are on the last leg of the programme, with finishing works progressing well. We look forward to showing you the finished project.
